Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the vvip88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) where available.
• Notify vvip88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.

vvip88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All activities conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and transactions initiated — shall be deemed your responsibility.

All financial transactions on the vvip88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. vvip88 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and Crypto (USDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your vvip88 account in real time.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to two (2) banking days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered through within the period specified in their terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• A bet is final and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation has been generated in the system. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after this point.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, vvip88 reserves the right to void affected bets. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvip88 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void.

• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of vvip88 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vvip88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of information, or the compatibility of the Platform with your device or connection.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your vvip88 account by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

vvip88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to comply with KYC or AML documentation requests.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine regulatory authority or court.
• Activity that, in vvip88's reasonable judgment, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, vvip88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Balances determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the vvip88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitral bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of vvip88's operations, players may also refer the matter to PAGCOR, whose decisions on licensing and compliance matters shall be binding.

vvip88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vvip88 will notify registered players by email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required to comply with law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
